C. S. Lewis You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
- C. S. Lewis
Every day is a new day - a day for new beginnings, new dreams, new action - a day for challenge, adventure , and discovery. TODAY, what is your goal? What is your dream? What action are you taking to further your goals and dreams?

Boy don't I know this! After being a stay at home mom for 10+ years I was faced with a divorce. Because I had not worked in so many years, my job skills were limited. I decided to readdress a dream I had as a child. To go to college to major in psychology. At times it has been incredibly challenging but I have surrounded myself with incredibly supportive people and I am living my dream at the age of 43!
Never give up on your dreams! I believe that they are there waiting to manifest themselves in our lives. Things may not happen in our time or the way that we had planned, but I have no doubt that they happen exactly the way that they are supposed to. ~Peace and many blessings~

I have been married 41 years and also faced with a divorce. Married at 19, raised a family and worked until 7 years ago when my husband retired and decided that I was not going to work anymore. I am now 60 and facing many changes in my life with the divorce. There are moments that I am scared to death of the future but the positives outweigh the negatives. My husband didn't want this divorce. He prefers to stay together and live out our lives as amicably as possible. I choose not to simply exist, but instead to live life to the fullest in spite of my age. I know I have the ambition and the desire to be the best I can be, regardless of my divorce. Life is a gift, not to be wasted.

I too am 44 years old facing a challenging time in my life. I have returned to school as a new single parent. I have chosen not to simply exist, but to find peace and happiness in every day I live! I feel better already! Live, Laugh, Love

Thank you all for your inspiration. I am 49 years old and still wondering what I am going to be when I grow up. I have raised 3 children as well as carried on a full time job for the past nine years, however I still feel as though as I am looking for my calling.
