Beyond being the greatest gift that you can give yourself, your choice to be happy is a magnificent present to your family, friends, and everyone you meet.

I have been looking to others to make me happy, mostly because i see how happy they are sometimes i am jelious of their happiness and wish i could be as happy, i was'nt always like this i was once a very happy person and thats what gets me is that you sometimes take your happiness for granted, i never thought i would wake up one day and be so very depressed , i did'nt realize this could happen to people i always thought that sadness was short lived and happiness was just around the corner after you dry your eyes, but happiness can be lost and sometimes you live in sadness for so long that you start to get scared that you might not find happiness again. I know now after reading this that you cant look for your happiness to come from others, after all it did'nt before. It really is true that you have to find happiness in yourself and do it yourself. i now know that waiting for happiness to fall on my door step will never happen, I let it go and now i must get it back. Happiness just did'nt disapear I let it go. Wow i just realized what i need to do , THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR WORDS OF WISDOM!!!!!!
